Could you give a sneak peek into recent developments at G-P?

We evolved our brand. We’re in an environment where our category, customers and culture are all shifting rapidly, and it is important that our branding keeps up with and ideally, ahead of those changes. We created this category, and we continue to lead it, so it is important that our brand continues to reflect that leadership.  We know that there is boundless potential ahead and this new brand reflects our vision of the future.

Now, in terms of business, we’ve had some exciting things happening this year. From a people perspective, we’ve built a world-class leadership team with deep expertise. They’ve all positively disrupted industries and sectors and are deeply committed to our mission of enabling the everywhere workforce.

Earlier this year, we launched G-P Recruit to meet our customers’ needs and help them find and employ talent around the world. We also launched G-P Contractor to offer companies the chance to hire contractors in 187 countries while supporting the lifecycle of both short- and long-term projects.

Something we take great pride in is that we’ve been positioned as the industry leader by research firms NelsonHall and Everest Group in each of their respective EOR industry reports.

Tell us a bit about your culture. What makes G-P’s culture unique?

G-P is unique because we are a fully remote, global company. Here, we spend a lot of time building a culture of respect, inclusion and participation. It’s something I’ve strived for since I’ve been here and have strengthened that commitment since I took the CEO role and will continue to do so. We’re going to constantly invest and work on that – whether it’s through our values, benefits enhancements or our ways of remote working that set our employees up for success.

Our recently launched new branding reflects what we have built, but it also represents our future and embodies the story of how we unlock opportunity for everyone everywhere through our Global Employment Platform™.

In your opinion, what are the most exciting topics in HRTech right now? How do you keep up with the constantly changing landscape?

The desire and need for a unified platform is driving the evolution the Employer of Record (EOR) industry and the evolution of its technology. There’s a strong need for a solution that enables companies to hire new team members anywhere in the world quickly and compliantly while seamlessly meeting the needs of customers and those they serve, all while providing a positive employee experience. The next evolution in EOR will require analytics, AI, integration with a suite of HRIS and HRM solutions and an employee-first mindset.

Emerging HR technology such as EOR platforms will create a new world of opportunity for companies and integrations with these platforms provide a seamless user experience for both the HR professional and the employees they serve, all while granting access to increasingly sophisticated data and automation capabilities.
