What is Trust Pi?
Today, Pi Apps are developing very quickly to embellish the Pi ecosystem and it can be difficult for Pioneers to trust them because it is the beginning and their popularity is not yet well done for some of them. Some projects may be a bit questionable in their practices or even be scams, and Pioneers need a way to alert them when problems are encountered to improve their protection. This is what this project provides, a way to learn about the projects with the help of reviews from other Pioneers before them. Trust Pi is an application where you can leave reviews of other Pi apps, get information about them, check their reliability score and report scams.

How does it work?
Anyone can access the application without a Pi account to search for projects and get information about them. Projects can be found by name or by category. If you want to leave a review, a verified account will be required. To do this, you will need to link your Pi account to Trust Pi to verify your Mainnet wallet to see if you have passed your KYC. This step ensures that there are no reviews left by fake Pi accounts (like bots or Pioneers with multiple Pi accounts), so fewer fake reviews. Pi app owners can add their projects and manage them. To prevent cheating, reviews cannot be deleted by project owners without reporting them. In case a review is reported, the author will have to provide proof of the legitimacy of their review (such as a blockchain transaction with the project's app) and if they can't do that, action will be taken.

What information can I found about a project?
On a project's page, you can find information that can help you decide whether the project is trustworthy or not. For example, if the project comes from the Pi Core team (most reliable information), from a hackathon (with a prize for example), or if the project respects the PiOS license (the code of the project application is opensource). The reviews are accompanied by a note in order to give an overall score for the project. Reading the experiences of other Pioneers can also help you to know if the project is safe, or on the contrary if it is a scam.
