The second free training session for SOLARGROUP partners - from start to success - took place on June 4 in Quito, Ecuador. The event took place at the Sheraton Quito Avenida Republica de El Salvador hotel and brought together participants interested in partner business who had registered in time.

The event lasted about three hours. The speakers included:
• Massimiliano Vivian Rossini, national partner of SOLARGROUP in Ecuador,
• Pavel Filippov, Head of Advertising and Public Relations,
• Pavel Shadskiy, Commercial Director of SOLARGROUP,
• members of regional leadership councils.
This time, the first module of the program, led by Pavel Filippov, was dedicated to personal sales. This module focused more on what each partner should do to increase his or her income, how to attract new customers and how to work with those already engaged. This part of the training was in line with the requests from the partners collected during the first training in Peru.
Pavel Shadskiy led the second module of the program on team-building. This module answered such questions as how to form and lead a team, what steps to take depending on your partner status, and how to grow and scale your business as a partner. These topics also corresponded to the partners' requests from the first training session.
The participants were given practical advice and guidance based on the experience of the SOLARGROUP partners around the world and the statistics collected specifically for the training.
As with the previous training in Lima, each participant was given an online certificate of completing a comprehensive partner training program. These are the first steps in developing a training area for SOLARGROUP partners in different countries. The appealing feature of the new area: more practice, less theory! There are more training sessions lying in store for us - both offline and online.
