However, one player recently encountered a bizarre glitch that trapped them in the blacksmith's room. Redditor and Diablo 4 Gold fan Bledolikiq shared a short video of their Druid at the blacksmith in Kyovashad. They briefly interact with the Diablo 4 blacksmith as usual, but after the character pane is closed, the camera stays locked in place. Running to either of the exits of the building doesn't seem to make the camera budge, trapping them inside the building.

According to the comments, several other players have had this problem recently, with one even sharing YouTube video proof of the glitch after the beginning of Diablo 4 Season 4. Others reported similar issues with quest givers as well. These players shared a few workarounds that should help players get past this problem if they get stuck in the blacksmith in Diablo 4:

Speak to the blacksmith or NPC again. Teleport to a waypoint, including the default town portal to Kyovashad. If unlocked, use the mount. Back out to the main menu or exit the game entirely, then re-enter.

Players were annoyed at the presence of this glitch. Given the game has been out for a bit now, they don't understand how Diablo 4 still has these bugs popping up. Others made light of the situation, joking that the player unwittingly agreed to become an apprentice blacksmith, and that they were stuck there forever. Either way, this particular bug is pretty harmless, and players can hopefully expect Blizzard to fix it sooner rather than later.

Diablo 4's Season of the Malignant is live now. Players can encounter and defeat corrupted enemies to earn Malignant Heart drops, which can be used like gems in special Infested jewelry sockets. This new gimmick comes alongside Diablo 4's first Battle Pass that players can progress by playing on seasonal characters. Players aren't happy with all the changes being made in the first season of Diablo 4, but hopefully Blizzard can learn from its mistakes and continue improving the game as it moves past its post-launch hype period.

The latest patch for Diablo 4's Season of the Malignant has addressed various player concerns, although it doesn't address the biggest issues. The patch fixes smaller problems such as the color of Druids' fur in Werebear or Werewolf form and bugs with Malignant Heart powers. Blizzard plans to release future patches to address larger criticisms and make changes including buffing Sorcerer and Barbarian and increasing monster density in Nightmare Dungeons and Helltides.

Diablo 4 has received its latest patch for the ongoing Season of the Malignant, addressing a variety of feedback from players. Season of the Malignant is still less than a week old, but the first post-launch content drop for Diablo 4 has already become hugely controversial. Blizzard made dramatic changes to the Diablo 4 experience with its patch for the season and has promised significant changes going forward. This new patch won't address Diablo 4 players' largest concerns, but does fix some smaller problems.

The Season of the Malignant is Diablo 4's first post-launch content release. It introduces a new questline surrounding former priest Cormond and the spread of a corruption referred to Diablo IV Items for sale as the Malignant, a mechanic allowing players to wield powerful Malignant Hearts, a boss named Varshan the Consumed, and a battle pass packed with cosmetics and progression systems. A balance patch that many allege slows down progression in Diablo 4 was also released, which Blizzard has acknowledged has issues.
